Horrible Service from Bedzone

Convinced (basically forced us) us to buy in-store store instead of buying online, because they can guarantee same day delivery if we buy before 1pm (we bought the bed at about 11:30), more expensive in-store but we were promised it will be same day, so we took the chance surprise surprise it was not delivered same day. The main office does not answer the phone, the shop does not answer the phone. Unprofessional, rude and will definitely not suggest to anyone.
