Empty promises and lies

Had a bad with them and they seem very friendly during the whole process. I done did everything with their agent and completed all thee paperwork and debit authorisation for about two weeks and still today I'm waiting for delivery. Tried keeping in contact with them but they've been giving me empty promises until i decided to cancel the whole thing.
