DO NOT PURCHASE A BED AT BEDZONE!!!

Purchasing a bed from Bedzone, now operating as Real Beds, has been my BIGGEST regret.

When I entered into the contract, we agreed that my monthly instalment would be deducted on the 28th of each month. So why are they now deducting the payment four days earlier, on the 24th, without any prior agreement or notification?

This has resulted in my bank account going into a negative balance, and I am now being charged additional bank fees for an inconvenience that is not my fault.

If you value your money and, more importantly, your peace of mind, I strongly recommend staying away from this store. My experience has been extremely frustrating and financially stressful.
