Bedzone- staff harrassment

I bout a bed at bedzone Benoni great service, but my 1st installment was missed, I managed to pay 300 atleast that there shod be sum sort of payment and I will call the accounts department to make arrangements to deduct 2 installment, but I'm been called by the sales ladies and they presurising me to go payment as in now, or I must sent them them.money to go pay otherwise they will come collect the bed. I have never refused to pay, but the threats I am getting and being called all day to go pay is professional. Isn't the accounts department the 1nce to call me to enquire? Not the sales people, I am.being harassed.
