Bedzone ****med me with **** "Same Day Delivery" marketing

I run a guest house in Bryanston and needed 2 beds urgently for some arriving guests. I chose Bedzone because it had "Same Day Delivery" plastered all over its website. I therefore ordered two beds and two mattress covers last Wednesday and specified in the order form that I was buying specifically because of the same day delivery promise. But it turned out that the only thing Bedzone does on the same day and highly efficiently is take your money. After that, nothing. I have been chasing my bed delivery now for 5 days but they do not answer the phone nor respond to emails. Effectively Bedzone has ****med me with **** marketing.
