Bed experience with bedzone

My experience was bed with them I purchase a bed on February 2025 the bed was 9000 the be bed started to squeek and erupt this is very disappointing and I was promised that this is a quality product i have complain via email with no response and no feedback and I never missed any payment but their statement shows I missed 3 payment
