Bad customer and application system

I so disappointed with the customer service of the entire company not only the branch. On 31 July l was your branch at Protea Gardens. To ask for a bed of 4999 via Credit application completed all the documents they required and was told l got credit approval of 10 000 but l only need R4999 paid deposit of R540. 00 but l was told l needed to be called headquarters in cape Town for approval in interview how after being told l was approved. I followed with them told about my credit score and they requested a paid up letter from Homechoice which l got and sent to them. It's been more than a week now since but no feedback regarding being approved or rejected for credit l don't know what to do know.
