Angry customer

I opened an account with them I think a year or 2 back and it was declined,until the decided last year to call me and literally beg me to open an account,I did the agreement was to do a debit order on the 5th of every month,no after opening the account they started putting through their debit orders on the dates they see fit,and when they don't get the money on their date they call with bad attitudes and tell me there is no money in my account and why,then they decide to be the court and sheriff's to come to my house unannounced with a statement to collect money or take the goods,they threaten me and I'm being called by people to harras me,whichever date they see fit to deduct money they do,as I'm speaking now I got a message of arrears and if I don't pay they got instructions from the sales manager to come collect the goods,they forced me to open an account I did now instead of acknowledging their wrong they haras me last time I was in hospital I was called to say they coming to collect the money I told them I'm I'm at the hospital thay said it's not a problem they can come collect,these people are terrible and their harasmet is very traumatizing
