Bedstar is a dead star

I ordered a bed from Bedstar and was told it would be delivered n 25th May between 8:30 and 10:30 am. The delivery did not arrive. I contacted the transport company and they told me that the wrong service had been booked by Bedstar. No-one from Panther Group or Bedstar informed me that the delivery was cancelled. I spent 2 days trying to contact Bedstar by phone and e-mail with no response. Eventually i got hold of the transport contractor and they informed me that Bedstar had not made e new booking. So my bed is sitting in a warehouse whilst both the manufacturer and the transport company do absolutely nothing. I made a new booking on behalf of Bedstar. This is appaling service and should be avoided.
