Poor quality Bed

Hello Peter.. A Month ago I bought a R4000 Bed from company called Bed SA.. moment when they deliver i noticed that it was not. What I ordered from their advertising add on Facebook,,. I called the person who was assisting and he insured me that it is the bed I ordered it's only the cover that is different. A Month later now the bed is developing bad shapes and that makes uncomfortable, I reported to they Firstly they took forever to respond and when they responded they send me pictures from the internet. .. all I'm asking for is my money.. poor quality Bed.. poor customer service.
