**** take money and no delivery

Ordered a bed on the 14th of November today is the 3rd of December. I have received little to no communication from them. Wanted me to pay extra R800 for delivery after I paid delivery on their website. I bought a sleeper couch and a bed. It’s been over 22 days that I placed this order. This is a **** I am sure they take your money and never deliver. I am going to go open a case at the police station on Friday if they don’t deliver.
