I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy

I ordered a 4-piece futon set - tell me why it's been 14 calendar days (11 working days)?? I placed my order on the 26th of September. I had to contact them myself - 3 times! - to even get some kind of indication when they'll be delivering my bed - AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A DATE OF DELIVERY.

They say they've been in business for 20 years - I hardly believe that would be the case with such horrific service. You've been around longer than Takealot and can't do logistics??? Mindblowing.

I have such huge regrets about this purchase. Don't fall for it - they're only showing the good stuff! That's why they don't have a google review or third party review system!
