Return policy of unsatisfactory products

Bought a mattress online. Description of the mattress indicated back support and top of the line product. Have been having back problems after I slept on the mattress. Unsuccessful in my attempt to exchange the mattress for one that provides more support. No response to email requests. Extremely unhappy that I now sit with a mattress that I cannot use and I cannot return / exchange it for a different one.
