Cheap chipping products
Purchased a 3/4 bed for my 2 year old daughter in 2014 August.
I took images of the bed as it was chipped and paint was peeling.
Note-daughter is 2 years old. At the time when the bed was purchased she was a year. So she doesnt utilise the bed as much only during the day for naps.

Once i reported the peeling paint. I get a response the following response

''Morning Mrs Jeremiah.

You're right - it does look horrible but it's not peeling paint that we see here but chips, usually caused but knocks. Peeling resembles flaking off of paint in quite large pieces and I see no evidence of either of peeling or flaking.
If I had to hazard a guess I would say the damage is that of chips caused by being knocked by a hard object of sorts.

We pride ourselves of delivering quality products that we back to the hilt and always honour our guarantees. Customer satisfaction is important to us - Based on what I see here this is not a problem that can be addressed under guarantee.

Regards.

Alwyn

Clearly the product sold to us was of cheap product/wood. Disappointed.

DONT BUY FROM THEM, they dont have guarantee over their products.
