R9000 broken mattresses

Shop in Decorland Northriding. Bought 2 single mattresses plus bases almost a year ago approx R9000. The Sleep Science Drakensberg. Been going to physio twice a week due to back pain - am, "out of alignment" - mattress1 had a strange noise from the springs when I moved but I never got around to querying it. The "foam" had sunk in badly by hips and shoulders. I swapped to Mattress2 - it tilts downwards from left to right and has a long ridge down the centre- more physio. I spoke to Aifie then Dave at the shop, who with great service sent the factory rep ro our home. He said both the mattress are broken - but due to stains from our new puppy sleeping in the bed the guarantee would not apply. Note "10 years" is embroidered on the mattresses. He took photos. The factory told him that the mattresses are not in warranty - plus they are not repairable AND they'll not collect them. I called the shop again today Saturday 15 Sept spoke to Dave, sent him photos he requested, even a video of the noises. He has said he'll speak to the factory and get back to me by 10am Monday 17th. I said I'd return the mattresses to his shop today. He asked not to as it'll contaminate his beds. No problem, I wait for Monday.
