2 months delay and still the wrong order delivered

i bought bunk beds fro my kids online at Beds on Line. i found the process very easy, or so i thought. i paid them immediately and i was told that it would take 2 weeks for my order to arrive. 2 weeks came and passed and nothing. i did not receive any communication from the supplier, instead i was the one calling all the time requesting feedback on my order. A month and a half later, the bunk beds were finally delivered. once the beds were assembled, i realised that it was a wrong order, it was not what i had paid for. i called Jenni and she told me that there was nothing she could do and that i should wait till another set of beds will be made for me. i waited for over 2 weeks for the right beds, and still the shop did not communicate with me. i had to constantly call and find out what the hold up was. yesterday my beds were delivered, 2 months 10 days later. and guess what? some parts of the beds are missing! I have received nothing but bad service from this shop. This is unacceptable!
