BAD Service.

We bought a L Shape lounge set with an extra ottoman from this company. We understood that due to Covid, things took a bit longer than normal. When we eventually got the set, the L was made the wrong way around and not as per our order. They agreed to make another Set and sent it to us. Waited another 3 weeks for that. When the L share came, it was a brown with a green shine to it. Different to the ottoman. Now we are waiting for a new ottoman. We constantly have to get promises and another three weeks later, still waiting for the ottoman. Not quite what we were promised.
