Worst service I've ever received!!!

I've been trying to get a mattress out of them for over 2 weeks now. And I have had to repeatedly call back to check on the progress and if stock has arrived yet with constant lies. Telling me the truck is loaded at Head Office and it will arrive the next day only to phone the next day and find out the stock has not arrived. After 2 weeks of this I phone head office and the manager promised to sort it out and deliver a mattress to me within 1/2 days. Again I phoned after 2 days to find out where the mattress was and she said she would phone back. Only to get the lying employee from the Cape Gate Branch to phone me and tell me that now the mattress will be delivered on the Friday which is another 3 days later. Seems this is the trend in the whole business, everyone passing the buck and lying back and forth.
