Turning a bad experience into the best experience

Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating after having a terrible experience, I do admit I was going to give a 1 star rating, but after speaking to Cheryl and Beth absolutely amazing customer care and what a speedy service from those two and the delivery team.Thank you so much for resolving our issue.
