Terrible rude customer service.

I purchased a bed set one year ago form the Pinelands Branch. The bottom left hand corner collapsed and I reported it to get the warranty filled. unfortunately I reported it in January , in which I was asked if I was obese because that would cause the bed to collapse. (FYI I'm most definitely not ). Now I have kept enquiring and have now been told that the store doesn't deal with the issues but rather the factory and please contact a person - no number or email. So my apparently they now hope their customers, who want their warranties filled , to be obese and telepathic .Great.
