Sufficient, friendly service

I had the most amazing Service experience at Beds from Home Somerset Mall Interchange (next to Builders Warehouse)

We were in the market for a queen size matrass. I went to a few well known names with some questions. I felt overwealmed by these typical sales people. I leftcthe stores with more questions and no answers to what I wanted to know. I realised that I am just another sale to them but for me....it was a huge amount of money I had to spend so was so importent that I get what I need.

Untill we decided to go to Beds from Home.... We were greeted by Errol. He asked me what we were looking for.... He listened to our needs and our price range. Walked right up to a bed. My word....immediately the feel of this matress had me exited!! For the first time since starting to look fo lr matresses I felt like I was heard. My questions were answered. He clearly knew his product and had confidence in selling it.

I told him I will come the Monday morning to make payment.

Monday morning, he saw me coming from my car, opened the door for me.... He remembered me and the exact matress we were after.

Went over to the desk where Cheryl assisted with payment, organizing delivery for the next day. Friendly, bubbly and could see customer care is what they believed in. I felt appreciated.

Next morning, I contacted Cheryl to inform her that I would not be available for a certain time that day. With no sign of any inconvenience, she passed the info on to the warehouse and despatch area.

Later I received a call from the warehouse to confirm the time I wont be available (also a very friendly voice).

The delivery guys came, more friendly faces and smiles.

It was amazing to see that service does actually exist and the best....with so much friendliness and smiles.

Thank you Cheryl, Errol, despatch and delivery for making this such a great experience.

We will be back, for sure.
