Service is too disgusting

I was told my bed would be delivered on a Monday. I waited the whole day and then around 16:00vi decided to contact the shop in N1 city and they gave me the contact details for their warehouse. The lady at the warehouse confirmed that “it has just the warehouse”, I waited and waited with no luck. I decided to contact them the following day in the morning the lady gave a lame excuse to say the driver’s phone died and they couldn’t get hold of me. I was never contacted though they waited for me to contact them so that they can give me the feedback. She assured me that they will do my delivery first and guess what I am still waiting.. no site of the delivery :(
