Poor service from Beds from home

I bought a double bed just over a year ago not even a year into it the springs collapsed. I phoned the store and was requested to send in pics. I few days later I received a call saying the mattress have marks on they cannot take it back like that I first have to get it cleaned up before they can collect it. I did some inquiry and for me to have it clean costs alot of money and I don't have that and now my kids must sleep on a mattress with springs *****ing them and it not even their fault we have to suffer because of stains that doesn't come close to the discomfort of the uneven mattress.The mattress is a factory issue but now they Wana shift the blame to marks
