Poor Customer Service/Poor Quality

Their rating should be -0, Verrry Bad Customer Service due to a complaint of bad quality yet expensive product. I had to follow up constantly to finally(10/08/2021) have someone from their warehouse contact me. It was always someone's busy with my complaint and will get back to me, yet months went by and still no response yet a worsened problem and now no solution...But when we went to purchase the product we were advised everything to be guaranteed yet today to be informed not wear and tear but yet at the time when reported we had the product even under a year, a bed should last for over a year that's why you go for quality but clearly NOT with Beds From Home!!!!
