Pathetic quality!!!

Please never ever buy a bed or mattress at "Beds From Home" in Somerset West. In September 2017 I bought 1 of their "top quality" beds, but less than 2 years later it was a complete disaster. The mattress started sagging to the middle and was lumpy. They collected the mattress, did whatever tests they did and said it was perfectly normal, no fault found. To this day it is still the same and getting worse.
