NOT A PLEASANT NIGHT'S SLEEP!

Bought a reasonably expensive bed from this supplier 11 months ago. Within a couple of months, the entire bed started sagging badly. Thinking it was just the mattress settling we left it. Within a few more months the spring system has gone completely. Pillow top so the mattress can only be rotated which has been done on a regular basis. All four sides of the bed are now completely sunken. The company was contacted with several complaints in writing over more than a month. No action whatsoever. Photographs were sent to substantiate the complaint. Informed by the supplier that the factory would be collecting the mattress and that it would be returned within 48 hours. No action was taken by the factory. I am still waiting for them to collect the mattress. I am still waiting for them to respond to further communication. If you are looking for a decent quality product - STAY AWAY FROM BEDS FROM HOME! No service whatsoever. Cannot keep their promises - their products are simply not worth it.
