non refund of cancelled order

21 jan 2015. I ordered a bed onlne and paid R2399 which included R200 delivery. As the delivery address turned out to be further, the delivery charge was increased to R500. I cancelled the order the day after paying. Despite many promises to refund, nothing received as at 5 feb 2015. I have sent proof of payment 3 times. V unhappy.
