Most unprofessional service and not getting what I paid for.

On August 6, 2018 we bought 3 queen sized beds, pillows and mattress protectors. Beds were delivered 2 weeks later. The mattress protectors were not delivered. After countless calls to the Canal Walk Branch, a whole bunch of empty promises nothing happened. Today, September 11, I made another call to enquire about the mattress protectors that we paid for and did not receive. The regional manager Susan P informed me that they still did not have mattress protectors in stock. I found her behaviour extremely unproffesional and at my response that this is now the last time that I will enquire about the mattress protectors and that I will take this matter further, I was shouted at, degraded and the phone was literally thrown down in my ear! I called the other branch and wanted to speak to the owner or MD, the lady was very helpful and informed me that they actually do have mattress protectors in stock. So, if you wanted to be treated with respect and get what you paid for, do not go to Beds From Home at Canal Walk, Century City, Cape Town.
