Jo saves the day

Good day all, I wrote a really bad review about Beds from home and their after sale service. I was contacted following the review by a Jolane from Tygervalley branch. She attended to the problem immediately, had the beds picked up repaired and returned the same day. It is sad that the service you get depends on the person you deal with rather than a company having a good business ethic. I would like to give Jolane 5 stars. I am awaiting a warranty from them for the repaired mattress and the one they replaced, but I am happy that it is now sorted.
