Con business or pathetic way to run a business

Canal Walk, Century City branch. Paid for a bed and base set plus delivery on Tuesday 11th August 2020 and was told it will be delivered on Friday 14th August 2020. Friday afternoon called their dispatch and agent on other side had trouble finding my order and said she will call me back then never heard from her. I called again 2 hours later and multiple times, phone just kept ringing. Called store and they couldn't assist me. Saturday 15th August was told they would deliver it by noon. 2pm still nothing delivered, called again and then by 4pm went in to cancelled purchase. No explanation was given. Now I'm probably going to wait another week before my refund will be issued or is this just a massive con...
