Canal Walk branch. Horrible service
Worst customer service experience. Been waiting a month for the CW branch to collect matress for repair. There is always some pathetic excuse.

13 Apr 2021, 09:35Still waiting up to this day for the bed to be collected.Been a month. This has been the most inconvenient experience ever. We keep getting promised that the bed will be collected in the morning. We wake up early every morning so that the warehouse can collect as they advised but they never pitch. Always an excuse eg the customer service manager is on leave or they are having vehicle issues. Like how is that the customers fault. No words for this company. We paid in full. Pathetic after service.
