Beds removed without client permission

We bought a bed at Beds from Home N1 City in October, the beds were delivered and my 2 double beds (less than 6 months old)that were in my house was taken without my permission. The delivery guys took my beds & sold it when I followed up with Justin @ Beds 4 home, he said they would deal with the delivery guys, however this does not replace my beds. I have waited 2 months for them whilst doing an internal investigation & still no feedback on how they will compensate me for my beds that were taken out of my house, I have now seeked legal advise as this is theft.
