BEDS FROM HOME - Sterling Service Received

After having bought a bed from Beds From Home, N1 City in Cape Town, we were so satisfied with the product and the service, that when it was time to purchase a mattress, this company was my first choice.

I did an online transaction, choosing a mattress and paying for it. However, when it was delivered, I realised that I had ordered the wrong size, and asked for the mattress to be taken back and for a refund to be done.

Soon after this, I received one of many phone calls from Lynda, who assisted me and assured me of their attention to the matter, which was later handed over to Margaret.

Margaret paid a great amount of attention to this, making sure to keep me in the loop with progress made, and I have received my refund without any hassles.

I would like to thank Beds From Home, Linda and Margaret for their sterling customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
