When purchasing a bed in shop, one is forced to write a positive review. When one do this, one will get one's free "pamper pack" immediately. But as soon as the purchase is done, and the review has been written, the friendly helpful service stops.

I was given a date and time for the delivery of my bed. A date by the way, four days after my purchase date. And delivery did not take place. An hour after the arranged time, we phoned the shop to find out what is going on. We were told that the drivers had to make an emergency delivery first. Then they will return to the shop, load my bed and leave for delivery. An emergency delivery? On a bed? What about me who had to take time off from work to make sure I am at home at the pre arranged time? And had to wait four days fir delivery? But what do Beds From Home care? They already have their positive review. Meantime it is the after sales service that sucks.
