Beds from home sells beds with bed lice in the base sets that you can't see domt buy from them please !

Please dont buy from beds from home in canal walk I bought a bed for my parents as a gift for their new home they moved into around early April 2020 around June 2020 my mom called me to me to ask if I have the receipt of the bed because the springs in the matress is hurting her back and you can see and feel it coming through the matress I called beds from home and arranged for a pick up of the bedset however they told me that they will collect only the matress and first inspect it and then maybe fix the matress . The bedset is under guarantee so guarentee means to replace and warranty means to fix right ! So the driver was sent out twice and then security at the complex where my parents are staying wouldn't let the driver from beds from home in on two occasions that he was there so my brother whom my is living with my parents called beds from home to arrange another pick up date and they agreed to come out however my mom being my mom a very clean and tidy person asked my brother to lift the bed set up against the wall for her to make sure that she can wipe off any dust underneath the bed and underneath the bed on the floor as this is her regular cleaning routine so she discovered an insect looking like a lice sitting on the leg of the base set she then called my dad and brother to ask what that is and they discovered that it is bed lice the immediately took everything out of the bedroom and sprayed doom and the more they sprayed the more the lice came out from the base so my brother decided to cut open the base as it seemed that the lice was coming from inside of the base and only to find that the lice is breeding from one of the pieces of wood planks in the base that looks old and rotten we then contacted beds from home via email and telephone etc and they said they will collect the bedset on Monday 6 July which they did and came back later the afternoon with what we thought would be a new bedset as arranged on the phone and agreed upon only to find that they brought back the same old infested base with a new matress seriously ! My brother and his wife sent the driver back with the bedset and up until now we heard nothing from anybody at beds from home justin and Werner are the management people at the factory and warehouse whom we delt with and as per telephone conversations with them back and forth they told my brother that this is the third incident like this they have with bed lice . My parents are now sleeping by me since the weekend already because of waiting for beds from home to collect the infested bed since Friday when they layed the complaint to Werner at beds from home warehouse or factory shop and they can't go home because they have no bed to sleep on I feel that this is inhumane service from beds from home and I will make sure to never ever recommend beds from home and I will instead tell everyone I know and dont know not to trust them they have bad quality bedsets , bad service , bad business etiquette and bug infested beds with rotten wood inside and have no heart for humanity or their customers at all .
