Bad service Beds from Home Cape Gate

Bought a Bed and mattress cover from Beds from Home Cape Gate on a Sunday, delivery was promised for Wednesday as according to Johan it will be manufactured I said its okay for delivery on Friday. At 2 on Friday no bed arrived and had to phone and was promised delivery before 4pm. Delivery took place without mattress cover, driver said we need to sort it out with Beds from Home Cape Gate. Went to Johan on Monday to query said it was new supplier will be delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday came no delivery on Saturday went again to him and was promised in the following week did not get the cover. Phoned HQ and informed them of the problem said they will contact him, and come back which they did not, i had to phoned again. Three weeks later several calls to Johan and HQ still waiting on cover. The services is pathetic and no communication
