BAD SERVICE

I purchased a bed on a Saturday afternoon and and when I felt the mattress on the bakkie I could feel the spring and asked the guys to leave it on the bakkie and returned it Sunday morning before I went to church. I waited for my refund for a month and after continuous calling and emailing . I did not receive full payment they PAID ONLY R377910 6/2/2023 INSTEAD OF THE PRICE I PAID R419900. According to them they had the right to deduct 15% handling fee. I WANT TO WARN BUYERS OUT THERE NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! The only thing I received from them was my payment slip no other additional notification that they have the right to deduct .i WANT MY FULL REFUND BACK!!
