Bad customer service from Beds from home

Thee worst customer service ever. They were very nice when they were still trying to get me to purchase. then they delivered a bed that feels definitely different from what was sold to me in the shop. When I requested for a change, the one guy gave me such bad service. I called a million time to sort it out but they kept making empty promises about delivering the exchange bed. I still haven't received my bed and I am still sleeping on a rock-like bed. I really regret ever making a purchase there. As if that was not enough, their delivery guys damaged my shoes. now, I need a new bed and a new pair of shoes.
