BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

BAD SERVICE!!!! I ordered a matress on the 7th of March 2023. It was scheduled to be delivered on the 13th of March. Long wait for a short distance plus I had to pay for delivery from Pinelands when they have a store in Meadowridge which is much closer to my area. Monday the 13th came and nobody arrived and nobody emailed or called. I called today to find out what is happening to my delivery and they said they only deliver on a Monday to my area. I insisted I wanted it today and the lady got very rude on the phone and put the phone down in my ear. I am very upset and paid good money for what I hope to be a decent mattress - but received NOTHING! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! How do we deal with such bad customer service that now seems to be the norm. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
