Bad AFTERSERVICES!!!!!

Very bad quality beds. Bought a base and mattress from them in August 2019. February 2020 the bed springs collapsed. They then told me that they will not exchange it the mattress was very badly manhandled. Not sure what mishandling of mattress means.
