BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM BED FROM HOME

Bought 2 beds from them and service was great till we experience some problems with the queen size bed. Complain form was completed and photos was attached and submitted. 3 months later NO response from the factory and NO reply on emails also. They only want your money. Be careful people, they promise after sale service. I sitting with a bed and its only a year and a half old.
