AFTER SALES SERVICE

I phoned their store on Tuesday to ask if my bed can be delivered the Wednesday or Thursday as i was at home. CHERYL told me rudely no it cant i need to wait till Saturday. i said it fine. on Saturday morning at 9 am i phoned to ask what time the bed will be arriving. they told me after 10, after 10 i phone again they said after 12, after 12 i phoned them they said around 2, before 2 i phoned they said that they are leaving now but the bed will be delivered today. EVEN THE BASE OF THE BED WAS SUBSTANDARD I WONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN FUTURE. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE. I HAD TO WAIT WHOLE DAY FOR A BED, WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED AT 10. CHERYL FROM BED FROM HOME KNOW NOTHING ABOUT AFTER SALES SERVICE.
