VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH SERVICE

I purchased a Chiro-oesteo top comfort bed on 15/12/2015 from Beds for Africa. <br> I advised the sales person Mickey it was specifically for my son who was involved in an <br> Accident and underwent a neck operation. And other injuries. He advised me that this was <br> The best for him. He slept on it the 1st night and found it very uncomfortable. I called Mickey the next day<br> And informed him of the discomfort he said give it a few days. And call me back. I called him after 2 days asking <br> To speak to his manager requesting for another bed a refund. He said he will speak to the manager and call me back.<br> He never did. I made more than 5 calls. Lastly he said he will call be back in10 mins which he did and said the manager <br> Said he cannot refund or take back the bed due to us not purchasing the mattress cover from them. I need a full refund and <br> A proper serta bed please, NOT REPAIRED . TOTALLY UNHAPPY CLIENT.<br>
