Terrible Service/Refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Terrible Service, went to Beds of Africa in Centurion to buy a bed, 14 Nov 2016 we paid a deposit of R5000 so that Beds of Africa can order the bed from Seally, they asked that the full amount to be paid before delivery of the bed so i paid the balance 17 Nov 2016 We then recieved an email on 18 Nov 2016 that they are waiting for feedback from Seally regarding the delivery and will revert back to me. Beds of Africa phoned me and told me that the production line is behind and that we will only recieve our bed in Jan 2017, i first requested a refund and then thought we might as well wait for Jan 2017 so sent them a mail 25 Nov saying we will wait. 09 Jan 2017 i email to follow up when the bed will be delivered, they rep**** 10 Jan that it will be delivered between the 20th - 30th of Jan, 26 Jan i recieved a email that Seally does not want to release the stock and that head office is already busy processing my refund. I phoned Seally and just to find out that Beds of Africa's account was not paid. We are now in March and still havent recieved my refund. They keep on telling me that it has been loaded and that the MD will release it but no one can give me this persons name or contact details. Today they told me that it will be released in this week. Lets see if this is true.</p>
