Pathetic service

<p>Last year Aug we purchased a Queen size set from the Strubensvalley branch in Roodepoort on the West Rand. Early April I lodged a complaint at te branch for a matresss that is busy collapsing. It is almost three weeks now and I have not even received a call saying we will investigate. Their service is pathetic. I recommend you stay away from them and use the opposition.
