not keeping guarantee

We bought a bed in the 31st of March and got a 2 year guarantee now still under guarantee the one spring broke. After they came and inspected the bed no one got back to me after i phoned them they informed me that it was due to abuse that the spring is broken and that my base is also finished dur to abuse. I dont even have kids to jump on the bed so i dont see where the abuse came from. I personally think their service and product suck and stinks. In the future instead of telling people to buy from beds for africa i will rather tell everybody to go somewhere else even if it is some cheap bed somewhere im sure the service and product will be better
