Disgusting service - Springfield branch

<p>I ordered a bed from your Springfield branch almost 2 weeks ago, and was promised delivery on Monday (the 8th of May). No one has bothered to phone me to arrange for delivery, and I have been trying to call your branches in Springfield and West Street the entire day to follow up on my delivery, with no one even attempting to answer your phones! I have paid a lot of money for my purchase and I expect it to be delivered on time to me. This is the worst service I have EVER received from a retail store and if I do not receive my goods today, I expect a full refund!</p>
