Bed Sold Under Wrongful Pretences

Bought bed from this store & pertinently asked Gabby if it was a Serta which she confirmed. When my partner opened Serta's website & asked why the model wasn't on their website Gabby couldn't answer & the store manager said it was a new model & Serta hasn't updates their site yet. On 24 Mar bed was to be delivered, we were told by head office the truck broke down in Pmb & that we wouldn't've received the bed on same day it arrived in Jhb anyway. We also found out the \Serta\" bed we thought we bought were in fact NOT that, Gabby wanted to borrow us a bed for the weekend I was HORRIFIED who does that??!! I requested my money back, went to the store & completed the form on 24 Mar, yet my money has still not been returned. Called head office today to enquire & Dennis advised he released my request to directors but couldn't tell me when I would be refunded when I asked who would be able to tell me he rudely advised me to speak to Gabby. I see they don't bother to respond to complaints on Hello Peter so I guess Carte Blanche will be my next stop"
