Bed Made With Very Poor Quality

Hi, I purchased a Chiropractic Osteoporosis Comfort Top Matt bed from Beds for Africa in Springfield in February 2014. Ever since we started sleeping on the bed I have not had a good night's rest. When you sit on this bed you can feel the springs and it feels extremely uncomfortable. I have been waking up in aches and pains ever since and the bed was also sinking. My Iinitial complaint was attended to 2 months ago and my bed was collected by Jay from Serta and repaired. Its now 2 months later and the bed has started sinking again. I do not want this bed repaired for the 2nd time, I am now requesting for a new bed. I will take this further if no one attends to my query, I am extremely unhappy with Serta. Marcel - ***
