Poor Feedback

Good day,<br> <br> I recently booked for a holiday with \Beds at sea\" in the Kwazulu Natal South Coast.<br> <br> The booking, and confirmation was done very efficiently and feedback was provided timeously.<br> Upon arrival at the holiday home, I was quite dissatisfied with the condition of the house. It certainly did not match the pictures displayed on the website. It was brought to the attention of the contact person at \"Beds at sea\" but completely ignored. Not even an acknowledgement of email, and an apology.<br> <br> Further to this, banking details were sent upon departure and the refundable deposit is still not transferred into my account. It was specified on the booking confirmation that the refundable deposit will be done within 3 days after departure. It is now 10 days.<br> <br> I am highly dissatisfied with the service and would therefore not recommend this institution to anyone.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Naren"
